I know that the kids can absorb some sugar/carbs through the skin via some of these products with ingredients like that... but I don't know how long to expect it to take for him to work it out. I imagine in a day or two, you should have things under control again. I'm sure you'll be extra dilligent about reading all the labels and not using this lotion on him again. I hope someone else will respond to your post with more information.
