Irritability and Pain Meds??

I struggle with meds always making me more tense and anxious. On BuTrans 10

patch and Norco 10 as breakthrough that I take only about once per day or twice

at most. But when I take it I get SOO tense!!!!

Ideas of something different? I've tried oxycodone and that was even worse. I'm

beginning to believe its the codeine in the med.

Help.
