Thank you, in advance, to everyone who takes the time to answer this post.

-------------------------

Does ANYONE know of any doctors (preferably in PA, but I'll take anyone in

the USA) who still deal with Actiq/OTFC (oral transmucosal fentanyl

citrate- generic name for Actiq) lozenges or any other TIRF (transmucosal

immediate release fentanyl) products, such as Fentora, Onsolis, Abstral,

Lazanda, and Subsys? (I am lucky enough to have cancer, so my use of Actiq

is NOT off-label)

They can be Pain Management, Oncology, Neuro-oncology, Rheumatology, heck

they can be a Podiatrist for all I care, whatever.

The regulations for Actiq and Fentora changed on March 12, 2012, but they

were announced at least six months prior. So, any doctor who prescribed

Actiq or Fentora this year or any doctor who prescribed any of the others

in the past year or two would be helpful.

If you know of any doctors that MAY be helpful, please include as much of

the following as you can:

Doctors name

Practice name

Hospital affiliations

Address (at least city & state)

Phone

Fax

Web address

Specialty

Which TIRF medications they prescribed

When they prescribed it

Whether or not they take ACCESS (Medicaid), if known

Is it okay to forward this to anyone who asks for the information?

Since posting of this information on most groups is not permitted, please

send the information directly to me. Sorry to cross post, but I am

desperate to find a doctor willing to help me.

If anyone else is having trouble finding a doctor who will prescribe TIRF

products and is interested in this information, I would gladly forward the

list to you since the information has to be sent off-list.
