Guest guest
Hi, I was instead sent to the psychologist, who is very nice and also very informative about things. I took their test and they said I had about 77% stress and i was surprised it was not bigger than that. And I was surprised he told me that my personally was more so that I take care of others before myself. There is so much going on in my life that it is hard to start where even just chatting with a psychologist. I am used to writing down my " journalizing " to you or others on my lists. I do not have many people to write/talk to to support what is going on, whether it is my family life, financial life, or my health and it is sad and I am trying to instill with my kids that they may have only one another and am hoping they do not just go their sepreate ways and then lose each other after their parents are gone. Hubby is learning his alcohol is affecting the kids and me, the hard way. Daughter does not stay home. Oldest son tries to take care of dad and I was just told today to just ignore him when drunk because he will not remember what is going on anyways, probably. I do not get much privacy just writing this sometimes and then think that " my " time would be by the library so I do not have kids looking over my shoulder trying to figure out what I could be writing about them. anyways, more to write later, I will have more time once the kids get to school sept 2 or so, thankfully The only thing I learned from my MRI was that I have a bulging disk and that I have arthritis in my lower back at 45 and they will do another lumbar puncture in the next few weeks. HUGS G N. WI
Guest guest
I feel for you ! I started with arthritis in my neck at the age of 40 like my grandmother. I am now 55 years old and it has spread into my shoulders and most of my back. thank you genetics! Everything I have is from my mom's side of the family and I am an only child. what are the odds of that. Well not much to do but try and handle what I have been given. Gentle hugs to you.
