TENS

Kat, yep, TENS can work on CMT pain. Doesn't matter what kind of pain,

be it muscle or nerve. I don't know if it works on joint pain or not.

But so many people at Physical Therapy are there for arthritis problems

and they too, get TENS. It also works on post-operative pain (so the

PT's tell me) and a friend of mine had major stomach surgery, had no

pain pills after, just TENS took way that pain. It really helped kick my

back/nerve pain so I could start exercising again.
