This Mel Gibson thing is unbelievable; I mean I believe it, but that it's on

tape and now

everyone can hear it. I think he is an extreme narcissist (obviously, right).

That poor

woman and child (and his other family) having to deal with him. It's

frightening.

Re: Mel Gibson is my Father Reincarnated

Hang in there Carol. Try bringing healthy, low maintenance snacks to work with

you. Individually packaged mini carrots, snap peas, and healthy snack bars are

good options. That way when you reach for a snack it's easy, available, and

healthier. Taking the stairs rather than the elevator, and/or walking to/from

work is helpful if you can. Hugs, I know how depressing this situation can get.

:)

Now about Mel.... OMFG! Listening to him brought about strong physical and

emotional reactions from me. He's *just* like my BPD brothers but the worst part

is identifying my past partners in his behaviour. Sadly, I have been involved

with more than one person like him. The venom spewing in his words has BPD

written *all* over it; only a BPD can get that hateful. In a weird way it's

validating though, because hearing somebody else get abused by a raging NPD

makes me feel like I am not alone and maybe it's not always my fault. (I

certainly don't wish that kind of abuse of anybody of course.)

He might have severe NPD, I noticed after he verbally abused the woman he

offered to " give you one more chance " .... as if she'd be lucky and blessed to be

with such an assh*le. Really Mel? I hope that woman had the sense to take her

daughter and run far, far away, forever.
