Guest guest
Hello guys and dolls: I have been suffering with severe pain in my lower back, buttocks, legs and feet for over a year. I've been to pain management once and am scheduled for a MRI next week. This pain also goes with trouble walking much distance do to pain, heaviness in my legs and burning of my feet. I don't have health insurance and can no longer work in my field of public service. I'm 47 years old and feel like my life has been pulled out from under me. Yes, I am thankful for many other blessings that i have 2 wonderful sons in college in a different state. So far, i can still clean up after myself and i do cook meals. I start freaking out with my pain about 2 hours before my next dose of medication to take. By the way, i live in a different state now and have had to find a dr. here.. My pain management dr. asked me if i wanted the MRI since i didn't have insurance to cover, if i needed surgery. I want to know what is wrong with me. What in the world is going on with this system. I want to work again, dance, go to a store and just have the simple things again. I'm also now on anxiety meds. My heart goes out to all of you, take care and may you all heal daily. Guest guest
Hi, connie. I, too, have severe pain in my lower back, buttocks, legs and feet. Thats where the main part of my pain comes from. I also have all over muscle pain and joint pain in my hands, hips, and knees. I had a couple MRI's and a CAT scan and a few X-rays they found 3 bad disks and two of them bulging and I have spondylolisthesis and arthritis. I am about to have surgery soon. So, I can definitely relate. Wishing you well. Good luck with you MRI. If you have trouble lying flat on your back you might want to ask to be medicated before the MRI. Just a thought. They had to medicate me to get a decent picture because the pain was so bad my legs kept twitching and i had to try not to cry so they kept getting blurry pictures. > > Hello guys and dolls: I have been suffering with severe pain in my lower back, buttocks, legs and feet for over a year.
