In my experience, it does absolutely no good -as a pain management patient- to

go to the ER for anything. They say they are not qualified, or authorized to

add or give more or different medications when you are on 'pain medications.'

They will not do anything without contacting your doctor who, 9 times out of 10

will say unless you're dying to just make an office appointment.

I just wait out the ordeal. Sad, but ER's will not talk to me now at all.
