Lori, You are so right and if you have a secondary insurance, it won't pay if Medicare denies it, secondary only pay when primary insurance is approved. I think it should be left alone and work on getting taxes from those that are not paying them and using the ER as a clinic. I mean no disrespect to anyone and want those that need ER care to have it, I just do not want to have ot pay for it out of my check, as no one is paying mine. Let's all hope the real issues are worked on and I check the new bills daily listed on the White House site to see what they are trying to slip by. I am in Austin, where are you?
