You can thank insurance companies for this brilliant idea. It isn't

the doctor's fault.

I know it's crazy, but when have insurance companies made much sense?

Imitrex, must be given at the very, very start of a migraine for it

to work.

I'm certainly glad that you don't have pneumonia.
