Guest guest
Hi Sheila, no, docs here usually don't maintain a personal website. Many hospitals even don't have one, and if there is, it contains mostly only contact info. So they are all a bit low profile, but you need to understand that it works differently here: If you have problem you go to your local doctor. If he can't fix it, he refers you to the local hospital. If they can help you, they will refer you to a specialized hospital - your don't search for one yourself. There is no real competition, and therefore no need for them to advertise or going high profile. Although there is a lost of expertise available, 'where, what and who' is a bit hidden for the health-care customers. As now-a-days more privately owned clinics arises, doing advertising and promotion, and patients become more assertive, things tend to change slowly in this area. For now, we have to help each other with all info we can get. > Belgian hips > > > - > Do any of the docs doing this in Belgium or Holland have web > sites?
