Guest guest
Its the pain meds. Very common side effect, Depending on why you are on the drugs, say MS or other neurological diseases it might be appropriate to have the nurses straight cath you. or leave in an indwelling catheter. With that the problem is infection., Well it sounds like you have a yeast infection. Bladder infection you would know. The burning makes sense, yeast causes raw skin,. raw skin and acid from urine equals burning. I feel the need to urinate more often and it is less at once. My nurses have to measure my input and output. Lot less output at each time I have to urinate and having to urinate every 45 minutes to 1 hr.
Guest guest
Why would you say your nurses don't want you to be on them? When you say nurses do you mean nurse assistants? Guest guest
I have the same problem. When they upped my meds recently it got worse. Now I go from restroom to restroom all day long. The relief from the meds is worth the inconvenience, though. Carolyn Eddy " Sweet Goat Mama "
Guest guest
No, I have not had urinary issues with Methadone and I have been on it close to two years. I think that you might have something else going on, maybe is time to ask the Doc to investigate. Guest guest
Any time I take antibiotics I automatically get a vaginal yeast infection so I buy the three day treatment. That's something you can get without a prescription in most dollar stores and at Walmart to treat it. You could also have a bladder infection and I think I'd demand that someone check your urine for that since you are having problems with burning and frequency.
