Guest guest Posted November 21, 2008 Report Share Posted November 21, 2008 Hi my name is lyn and I live in Canada. I have a perforated disk, fibro, cfs and some arthritis in various joints. The disk was first diagnosed back in the mid 90s, the rest followed in around mid 2002 Because of how things have advanced I'm now on full time disability. I take morphine twice daily and have a choice of a lower dose of morphine or T3 for break through during the day. I also use mobicox which I found to really help with the pain in my hands which until we found that med using them was extremely painful . I have also developed about two or three years back a high acid content in my stomach which caused a great deal of pain. I had thought I had an ulcer or bleeding ulcer but fortunately I didn't. So I take another medication to lower acid. I came to this list after being on another fibro list for a few years because of unsafe practices happening there which did nothing but trigger a feeling of past stalking myself and my daughters lived through a few years back. Another member felt it ok to collect member email addresses so they could then send mass fw emails, joke and religious types. Unfortunately this person also neglected to blind copy the email which meant my email has been shared to who ever else.
