Guest guest
When I'm in pain I feel like everyone around me is normal except me. I'm so depressed and I don't know what to do anymore. The only time I feel good physically and emotionally is when I'm at my church service. Maybe if my faith was as strong as it used to be, I could withstand everything that's going on. Anybody feel the way I do?
Guest guest
Definitely, I feel the same way. This has not been a good week for me. I hope everyone has a better weekend and our pain levels go way down so we can actually live a life. Becky in ILlinois
Guest guest
i feel the same way. i called my shrink (lol) he is a joke and ask to be admitted to the hospital. my depression is so bad my husband and my son said it's killing them to see me so sad. i'm grouchy but i'm staying in pain. the meds i'm on is not enough. but im seeing a new pain dr so i have to start at the low doses again and work my way up. i know it won't take him long to figure out i'm hurting so bad. i started a pain diary. they don't leave enough room to write how you feel on those things. i have been hurting so bad i don't feel like going to church. please keep me in your prayers and i'll pray for you all. Guest guest
Harley, I was a mental health therpaist and worked crisis before all these physical problems. I would recommend that you go to the ER if you are feeling that bad. I hate to say this but if you are having suicidal thoughts and definately if you have thought about a plan even if vague will get you admitted to a psychiatric unit. If you are not to that state, that is probably why he would not admit you. You could ask about a psychiatric day program. they provide group and individual therapy. Hope this information clarifies the situation for you. Guest guest
Sherry, You may need to educate your hubby on the nature of your health problems. Help him to understand what he could do to help. Even if it just little things I am sure part of his response is due to feeling unable to provide for you so you have needed insurance. have you checked into medical assistance from Public Welfare? have you applied for Social Security disability? Check with your state. Many have a state health pool for individuals who have no insurance but have chronic medical problems. for example Pa calls it Insurance for high risk. I hope this helps. Keep us posted. Huzs, Tami > Sherry wrote: > I wish I could check into the hospital. My husband doesn't understand > my myriad of health problems and he thinks I am make them up. Your husband does not seem compassionate and obviously does not understand chronic pain and depression. If you really feel in danger of hurting yourself, please call 911 or go the Emergency Room. J.
