Guest guest
Greetings all, Here it is on year after surgery and I have reached my goal weight. I started out at 362 and now I weigh 185. Yippee! No more diabetic medication. No more pain in my joints and legs. No more shortness of breath. No more feeling of wanting to just shut myself in till I die. Fewer medications now and many other medical problems are only a memory. Blood work looks good, I feel good -- I AM GOOD.... I eat basically what I want to now. I average 3000 calories a day for intake, much less is absorbed. And although I am at my goal weight I am still losing weight. Much slower now, but still loosing. I have plans for the tummy tuck in the coming Spring. I hope to lose several more pounds by the removal of the excess tissue which has created a large apron and much saggy tissue there abouts. Doc says it may be as much as 10 or more pounds surgically removed! Weight Loss Surgery is a good thing! Your Friend, Daryl son, " DarylGDav@...
