Sounds more like an anxiety attack than the panic attack .. does your mind

continually " race " about thoughts and seems hard to switch off? I sometimes

have nights like that. I try to have a nice cup of tea before bedtime

(decaf), or take a bath, or spend a few minutes alone trying to relax. I ask

dh for a backrub sometimes too anything to try and get sleepy and relaxed

enough to have a good nights sleep. Do you think that the getting up at

night and wanting to eat is just stress or anxiety .. perhaps its all coming

to the surface through therapy. It might even be a good thing. Have you

discussed this with your thearapist. Perhaps she'll have some techniques

that will work to allow yourself to get through a night. Does this happen

alot? Have you changed any medications lately that might also be playing

into it?

Hear is to a good night sleep soon

Hugs

Lyssa
