I know this is common in anti-depressants but Wellaburtin is an anti-depressant that increases sex drive. The answer is yes as pain and medication suppresses hormones. i have an article that states estrogen in women suppresses pain so I went back on my estrogen replacement therapy and it is working for my pain and libido. Research says: Unfortunately, while opiates may relieve the pain they often have the added effect of decreasing the libido Even antihypertensive medicine can result in a decreased libido. i would talk to your doctor about taking some testrotone after checking lab tests. They can see if your hormone levels are low.Yes, i have no sex drive but it is due to pain and the medications in a combination but the hormones are helping : ) Bennie
