Guest guest
Chelsea, I hope you make it through this rough time okay. Just do what you can! Its not going to matter if the laundry takes two days or three days to get done. Please don't be too hard on yourself because then you really won't be able to help. On another note, did they say why your mom developed these blood clots? My sister and brother have a rare blood clotting disorder they got from my grandma. Neither of them knew until they got a blood clot in their lungs. My sister has also had them in her legs. I'm having major brain fog and can't remember what the disorder is called, but please, if you can get tested for any blood clotting disorders. It could help hold off a n emergency in your case. Not to worry you, but its better to know these things. I hope your mom is recovering nicely and that you are feeling better. Stress is harder for us to handle, so we have to find ways to take it easy on ourselves even in the hard times! Rest as much as possible. Caitlin I find myself faced with the biggest challenge that I could have imagined since being diagnosed with degenerative arthritis and fibromyalgia. All was going well until 10 days ago, when my mother (who has always enjoyed excellent health and is the most active 80 year old I've ever seen) called me in the early morning saying that she couldn't " catch her breath " . I alerted my brother, who lives about 3 blocks from my parents to get over there right away and I jumped in my car and broke all known traffic laws getting to her.
