Yes. I use melatonin nightly, but only tolerate 1 mg. 1 mg. tablets are a bit

harder to find, but with a higher dose I have too much sleepiness the next day.

I have also used Bedtime tea (Celestial Seasonings?) and Yogi Tea's Goodnight

tea. However, when my insomnia is bad I use these and ambien. I can usually get

to sleep on 1/2 of my 5 mg. pill. If I take a whole pill I can get into that

woozy inbetween state and start eating!
