Please if anyone can email me I need someone to talk to before I go crazy!!!!!

messenger would be great. if I can do that, Im not sure about all the

guidelines. Im just asking for someone to talk to .

Im in pain Im scared and I feel like Im loosing it.

If you're feeling desperate to talk to someone, please don't hesitate to call a

crisis hotline to find someone to talk to and to offer suggestions and support.

You don't have to be suicidal to call, but it sounds like you're pretty

distressed. One great option is 1-800-273-TALK, which is the National Suicide

Prevention Hotline. They can actually route you to local resources that can help

with just about any problem.

We're happy to let you vent here and provide support and let you know you're not

alone, but because this list is fully moderated, the messages do not show up

immediately. It can sometimes take several hours before a message appears on

the list. So if you need immediate help, don't be ashamed of making that call

and asking for help.

I hope you're feeling better by the time you get this message.

By the way, what name would you like us to call you? Either a first name or

email and instant message name, feel free to talk with anytime, i so understand

chronic severe pain, it causes grave depression. I often call pain - my living

death. oh and the pain poem when i get on my lap top computer later, i will

send it to those who wrote me and said they wanted it.

Cheryl, and others have suggested excellent ideas, so let me add a few more.

What kind of counseling is available to you? Having a professional to talk with

can be very helpful.

There are many kinds of treatments, but talking is one of the first places (from

my experience) to begin. Second, is whatever medication you need.

If you find yourself desperate, please, please, do as Cheryl said and contact a

suicide prevention hotline.

We care about you, but when you need immediate help, this requires someone to

talk in person, or on the phone.

Take good care of yourself.
