Hi Group

I want to welcome all our new members. It seems like hardly a day goes by that

we don't have someone else join the group.

Please feel free to post a bit about yourself, and how you are coping with your

pain etc. You are also quite free to simply read the posts.

Remember, now that you have found us, you are not alone in your pain.

Welcome to the group, although I'm sorry for the pain that brought you here.

In response to what you wrote above - you're right, there is nobody in the world

like you!! By that I mean there is nobody with your heart, your insights, your

gifts and talents, and all the good things you bring to the world!

Don't let your pain become you. Remember that you are much more than your pain.

And when it comes to pain, you are not alone. There's not one darn thing you've

experienced that dozens or even hundreds of others here on the list and

elsewhere haven't also experienced. So you can get support and information and

understanding here.

Stay active on the list and you'll get a lot out of it. Feel free to post when

you need support, but don't forget to offer support to others too! It will make

you feel better to do so. The best gift this list gave me was the chance to

focus on others instead of on myself. That's one way you beat the pain - don't

give it the power to define who you are!

Keep being your individual special self and don't forget who you really are.
