A nap.. I wish!

I am always so tired. The Gabapentin does NOT help me sleep at all.

The Tramadol is pretty much worn off I think before I go to bed. So my feeling

is the Gabapentin is keeping me from those good night sleeps. I haven't had a

good hard sleep

in I don't know how long.

A friend from another support group recommended D ribose in powder for fibro

fatigue and it is working for me. It's some type of a natural sugar with no side

effects and you can use it in any liquid and drink it.
