Hi Courageous Pain Endurers,

I was just thinking about this quote from Kurt Vonnegut and all of you who keep

me company on days when the opposite seems true.

I am going to be evaluated tomorrow for the pain program here in Duluth. I will

see a psychologist and a doctor who is a pain specialist.

I have a meeting to go to now. Have been resting all afternoon after taking my

fur kids to the vet this morning.

Rain is on its way and all my joints and muscles are 'singing.' Ow.
