Guest guest
I hear ya Becky! I'm in Illinois too. My pain is through the roof! I need an extra pill but don't dare for the same reason. I sure wish doctors would prescribe with this in mind!! >Becky in Illinois wrote: >Gosh, we are having rain, rain, rain in Illinois and my pain level has been horrible! I hope the weather man is wrong and it will let up soon because this is a crazy summer. Sorry to hear that you all are having problems with the high humidity. In CA, we don't have much humidity. Instead, we have scorching desert heat. Desert heat is the kind that can fry you crispy on the spot, and make your skin look and feel like a lizard if you're not careful. Also, maybe just my perception, but it seems like when it is dry heat the tendency is to become super dehydrated because any perspiration dries off the skin immediately and there is no moisture in the air to put it back. And then, when I get dehydrated in the super desert heat, even though I try my best to stay hydrated, my pressure headaches start in and I get nauseous and my body goes into cramps. By the end of the day, it feels like my brain is fried, and my head is about to explode. I'm not sure how I'd feel in total humidity like everyone else seems to be having. Maybe we could share some of the humidity? I'll trade for some scorching dry heat. Jade
