Guest guest
I have that happen all the time. My doc called it myofascial pain syndrome. I use moist heat to help. When I have to shop, I use those riding carts.I usually just get dirty looks like I'm too LAZY to walk around with a shopping cart.I'm not a small woman. Yes I am short and fat but that isn't why I use the motor carts. My hips also have a tendency to pop out of joint if I move the wrong way. I have found that if I sit cross legged It doesn't hurt as much. I also have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, IBS, diabetes type 2, diabetic neuropathy, and a few more wonderful things that makes my life a very painful one. I try doing many craft things to keep my mind occupied so I won't lay in bed crying all the time which is what I would be doing. Thank the Goddess that I am able to use my hands to stay busy. Blessed be, Ms.Katurah > wrote: Jade, Have you heard of myofascial pain? I have trouble with my hips rotating and getting my body out of alignment, which causes terrible pain.
