Hello MsKaturah,

The only thing I could add in addition to all the others is " Do Not Give UP " . I

had for the last 3 to 4 months not gotten more than 2

to 3 hours a night sleep for the pain in my left shoulder.

Part of the problem is Diabetic Neuropathy, and the other is some form of

Arthritis. I have been now going to a physical therapist

for the problem, found out I had frozen shoulder, arthritis, and

bursitis as well as the Neuropathy.

This is now starting to get better and with the addition of the pain medication

am now getting 4 to 6 hours sleep a night. So, do not give up, it will get

better.

Since I mentioned Arthritis, I have tested positive in blood tests for an

autoimmune disorder now, so I am being referred to a Rheumatologist for further

diagnosis. The two most common auto immune disorders are Rheumatoid Arthritis

and Lupus.

minutes sleep in the past 3 days due to pain. Doc

increased my pain killers and gave me quinine to help with the restless legs and

creepy crawlies.
