Guest guest
Jade, thank you so much for your insight. For the first time, I really get it. I really had not thought about how long it takes to fill my system back up because I don't eat much at all. I never have so can't blame that part on the opioids I take. Even as a child I had to take something to stimulate my appetite. No idea what I was given but I remember having to go to the nurse's office and take some liquid medicine before lunch. Think my parents finally gave up on that when they saw it really didn't have any effect on how much I ate. But now being on the opioid makes my system slow down even more as far as pushing the stuff out. I will continue my Miralax but relax about worrying so much because my normal is just not the same as someone else's. Isn't that funny how unique we each are and how important it is to know ourselves. Thanks to everyone else who has written and given me such great ideas of how to cope with this problem You guys make the best family.
