Sharon, I feel like you, worn out and tired. My

pain meds help some, but I am tired of the muscle

spasms, restless body syndrome, and headaches.

Hi Rechelle.

I wanted to make a suggestion that may or may not help with your pain-

Anyway, though I don't know how our severity of pain compares, I have found

it helpful to rest a hot water bottle on the area where I am feeling pain.

Also, since pain can often scare me, make me nervous and anxious, I practice

relaxing, slow, deep breathing techniques. Hope this helps-

Thanks . I actually rubbed some Tiger Balm over the area and called up

a friend. I was starting to have anxiety attacks. I'm really shaken up

about surgery Friday and the fact that nothing was helping the pain made it

worse.

Sincerely,

Rechelle

,

You definitely have my sympathies. I've been fighting this for 5 and a half

years. There are days where I can't get out of bed I'm in so much pain. Or

if I do, I'm in front of the toilet for the day. I can't work because of

this. I hope you get some relief from the pain soon.

Sincerely,

Rechelle

Hi Friends, I am not doing very well today.I have really been having a hard

time feeling sick lately and I guess I'm just fed up with it.I am lucky

because I have plenty of pain medicine( if there is ever enough?) and I have

a wonderful doc and all the rest. For the ones that don't know I have chronic

severe pancreatitis..I feel like a prisoner in my own home.I get too sick if

I go out or do anything and it is starting to get to me.Im tired of this

siskness and all the pain that it brings,I am going on 3 years of fighting

this stuff.I try to keep up with all of you on this board, although it might

take me all day and half the night to get thru it.I am getting to where I

can't sit up very long or I pay for it.I hope that everyone is having a

better day than this. your friend B. from Va..

some medicines you should not take kava kava with - you might try heating pad

if you have one.
