My name is and I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I injured my neck

in 1995 and it still is a pain in the A%#. Whenever

the neck begins to hurt the shoulder and arm I immediately put ice on my neck

right on the troubled vertabrea. I keep it there for twenty minutes, but no

longer as that may freeze the neck.

I have to use it on my neck every night just to fall asleep, my arms are

constantly on " pins and Needles " If you haven't tried the ice, try it,you may be

surprised at how quickly it works.
