Guest guest
Oh, NO, Lori. How awful can it get? I'm so sorry. Why the heck couldn't Terry pay the mortgage? At least you'd have place to live then. Good luck finding a place to live. I was going to say you should call us if you lose the internet, but you won't have a phone either? Yuck. We're going to be worrying about you. Terribly. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers and I wish I could think of something more useful to say or to do for you. Guest guest
Oh Lori I wish that I could come up and help you right now. How the hell could Terry not pay the mortgage? I do understand how it happens for you but not for him. There are so many things that we all have to deal with in the course of a day that it's easy to become overwhelmed! Is there any way that you could pay part of some of the bills? Here if you are paying something they can't shut you off expecially the water if you have kids. Are you and Terry not formally divorced yet? I'm here if you need someone to talk with. Your friend always wendy g

Guest guest
Lori, I'm sorry to hear things are going so badly for you. I hope things fall in place soon and that you don't have to move. Have you talked to your bank about your situation? Sometimes they work with people in your situation and allow you to add the payments on to the end on the mortgage? I hope something good happens for you! Till then, I'll be thinking good thoughts for you and the kids. Sue >

Guest guest
None of this is your fault, Lori, don't blame yourself, you are doing the best you can in a really tough situtation. I'm sorry that Terry's father is so sick..but..make sure you get your share of that inheritance when the inevitable happens..you and the kids deserve it. Good luck. Guest guest
Terry can pay the mortgage but has decided to close that ban account instead. So when they tried to get the mortgage there is no account. I think my Lawyer might have then garnish his wages until I find a place to live. Just being in your thoughts is fine by me. I will need a lot of prayers so those of your that do pray please remember us. Lori Re: Hi everyone Oh, NO, Lori. How awful can it get? I'm so sorry. Why the heck couldn't Terry pay the mortgage? Guest guest
Lori, Did you get my post about seeing if the bank will work with you on the late mortgage payments? Your attorney should be able to help you with this. I can't imagine the courts would allow a mom with 3 kids to be put out in the street just because Terry's being a jerk! Guest guest
Lori - Here I go again on my soap box. Most states have programs to help people who are going into foreclosure - Have you checked with the local housing authorities, to see if there is help? > Lori, > Did you get my post about seeing if the bank will work with you on the late > mortgage payments? Guest guest
I did get your post Sue and the Lawyer said that he can not have the bank help me because of being 1 month behind and no bank account to take the money from. Even if they allowed me to open another account I would still behind and I don't have the money to get it caught up. No the courts won't let me sleep on the streets, but I would get a little room with one queen bed and that would be it, until I find a place.
