That was my thought too.

Prochlorperazine - (called Stemetil or Compazine in North America), gave

me two tardive episodes. I was in the hospital at the time. Luckily, I

got over it, thanks to a fast thinking doctor.

Here's a list of medications that may cause various types of tardive

reactions. (I apologize that the first is a law firm site, but they had

the most comprehensive list.

Here's a PDF site. I had to zoom it to 200% to read the list of

medications that can cause a variety of tardive reactions.

Christa,

MYOCLONIC JERKING (TREMORS or jerking) can be caused my many things.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tremor

Look up tremors in Wipedia. I had non essential tremors and it took six months

for them to go away.

Here is another reason for everyone to check your medication reactions

cotraindications. Lyndi e-mailed me when I was taking compazine and

I had forgot and I got off it (Thank You Lyndi).

I also found that Lyrica causes tremors but everyone should check your

medication information especially when you taken another new drug to

make sure they are compatable with old.
