This is the first year that I have not made it my primary resolution to lose weight! I'd still like to shed about 30 pounds, but this year my resolution is to fill my dresser with sexy lingerie 2000 is going to be great! Guest guest
" Hi guys and gals....I'm Dan and I'm a ....WLS graduate. " I'm post op about 15 months; 150 pounds and down from a 46 to a squeaky 38 pair of pants. From a 19.5 to 20 neck to a comfy 17...and oddly enough 2 sizes of shoes down as well; not to mention my rings started at 13 and have been " adjusted " down to a 10. This is good! I'm glad there's a group for long term post ops...I've been through the standard WLS lists a few times, but had to give 'em up for Lent and sanity. This seems more appropriate in content, email amounts and participation. I hope I can be of some benefit with post surgery good issues and the occasional " what the heck... " other issues that have cropped up over the past year. Dan 10.13.98 Ed Waits, MD Atlanta, Ga ~245 and loving it!

Guest guest
Welcome Dan, My name is Carolyn and I had an open RNY 8-4-98. My max weight was 270 and following a tummy tuck 11-2-99, I am currently at 130. This list is a real support to me and I hope you find it helpful for you as well. Guest guest
Thanks for the welcome Carolyn. This seems like a cool, calm, quiet place to reflect upon the past year and continue moving on in the right direction. I've got some question, but I'm sorta reading the flow of things before I just hop on in and become " Annoying Man, Dan " (scccccrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeekkkk)...so I appreciate the list site for this practical side of this surgery.
