Greetings Bonnie It's good to hear from you. How is the Lyrica working for you? You can take a higher dose of necessary. I am all to aware what it is like to live with chronic pain for 20+ years. Your doctor will probably not remove the TENS unit because the leads become imbeded into the spine. It wouldn't be wise to fiddle around with it, unless it needed to be adjusted. Has that been considered? On some occasions they leads will move, and this causes the decrease in affectiveness. If they leads needed to be adjusted, then putting a new battery in your TENS unit would be an excellent idea. You might find that it is affective again.
