Guest guest
Hi, Kendra. I used a TENS unit for a few years after my first surgery. It really kept me going until my spine got considerably worse (my spine is degenerating due to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome). I used it day and often night and it really helped 'short-circuit' the pain. But I think you should get to a pain clinic for help in using it. The pain management class is a very good idea, especially if your problem is progressive; you are going to need all the help you can get to learn to continue living a good life despite the pain. Best of luck! - in New Mexico > Has anyone had good relief from a TENS unit? I'm > trying one out through my chiropractor, but he seems pretty ignorant > about " how " to use it.
