I don't know anything about the medication you mentioned, but I can guarantee you that there's no procedure or medication you can name that someone (or lots of someones) here hasn't tried. Hopefully you'll get an answer to your question. If not, repost! It's a holiday week here in the U.S. (Thanksgiving) and a lot of our American members aren't checking their email as regularly as usual.
