Just a thought but maybe you should be tested for Valley Fever as it is

prevalent in desert areas. I lived in Arizona for many years before getting it

and I had so many of the symptoms that you are talking about.  Like I said, it

may be a long shot but since you went to Las Vegas it couldn't hurt to be

tested.  Hope you get better soon!
