Like you mentioned, one day I can eat only a few bites and then Im full...others I can eat the entire plate LOL I don't get it! >>>>> I have noticed the same thing but for me I can really tell a difference in the last two weeks of the month when my hormones are kicking and i'm getting into pms. the early part of the month when the hormones are more stable i seem to handle food better and not crave carbs and eat less - once the hormones go into overdrive i feel out of control some days. months ago i noticed this but it seemed to be restricted to a few days during or before pms not the entire last two weeks of each month! Normal people vary their calories -- most between 1000 and 1500. So long as we hit between those I dont think it is cause for concern. We just have to get used to listening to our bodies.
