I use it for cereal, cooking, baking, but I don't drink it. I tried soy milk & rice mil but they were high in sugar and too sweet for anything but cereal. I still use non-dairy creamer in hot beverages, or non-dairy whipped topping. But in mashed potatoes and all that, I use BTM. And the family RAVES!
