Repective stress injury, Please help not wanting to go to A&E.

Hello Everyone,

Whilst I was in work today I moved my wrist and it clicked and was very painful

and is still painful now, I spent most of my free time playing the Sims 3 I'm

addicted to it. I also use the social networking website Facebook, What's the

best way forward I have put a bandage on it to support it I'm not really wanting

to go to A & E.
