Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for answering my question. And also telling me about your pain. I also have chostrochondritis. The doctor thought I might have fractured a rib again. Thank god I didn't. I did not take the Toradol, too,too strong for me. I have found that taking one ultram,a muscle relaxor and an advil for a couple of days takes the pain away. Staying in bed with a heating pad and mineral ice also helps me. I also found a great physical theapist, named . Wow is she good. I really can idenfiy with the pain in the chest. I've been tested so many times for a heart attack. But thank God, it never has been one. I hope your having a good day, for I feel a little better today. Thank you Lynda wrote: I have fibro, and have also had the pain you describe in the breastbone and the attachments to the ribs. It's called chostrochondritis and it's an inflammation of the cartilage between the two halves of the sternum and it can hurt like blazes.
