LOL Back to legs and thighs, the exercises I have been doing in the pool for 10 weeks (in physical therapy) have been great and I have built up some muscle and helped with balance. (Not particularly wanting to start the 'exercise' spin again) so if you want to know what I do, I can explain it privately. We are all affected differently with CMT.
