Guest guest
Skye, I am there too, and I refuse to have this pain define who I am or what I do! I have gotten so mad at the pain, that I am going to fire him! He is not allowed to keep me in misery anymore! I take my medications, rest when needed, but I'll be darn if I am going to miss a nice picnic or party because of this pain! I have my " Spiney Rescue Package " . It consists of a lumbar pillow, a massage mat that can be turned on when attached to the cigarette lighter in the car, ice packs, a folding " relax the back " chair, that I take with me everywhere, and that's about it. Whenever I get invited, the " Spiney Rescue Package " comes with me so I can be comfortable, and not miserable. So yes, I can relate. ---Skye wrote: > > I find it very difficult to go anywhere. > But I am forcing my way out today. Though I am hurting I have come to realize I will have to live with some pain and start living again somehow. Anyone identify with this? Guest guest
I think we all do. My husband is out of town right now and the goats are kidding so I am run off my feet. I do have a few hours of help every day but my tendinitis is acting up and I can barely pick anything up. My dog is finally trained enough that he can do some things as far as picking things up but he can't lift baby goats.
