Opioids and Testosterone Depletion in Male Patients

Any of the guys out there who take opioid pain medications should have your

Testosterone level checked. Normal ranges are around 200ng/dL to 1300ng/dL, with

doctors considering anything less than 200-300ng/dL low.

The last time my Testosterone level was checked it was 57ng/dL, thats way too

low. The symptoms of low are depression, mood changes, lack of energy, reduced

interest in once-favorite activities, decreased muscle mass, low libido, and you

just don't feel right...

So please, any guys out there, ask your doctor to check your Testosterone

level. If he says you're too young, educate him about how opioids deplete

Testosterone, many doctors don't know.....
