Guest guest
Katy (and everyone else)... I have mild cerebral palsy (crazy enough, not why I'm here...lol) so my muscles are very tight and spastic. I've been getting Botox for years in my IT Bands and glutes, it's been a miracle drug! I was having bad pain on the external sides of both thighs, my hips, groin, and glutes (rear-end). The Botox has worked wonders! I only wish there was something that could fix the nerve pain in my arm (from breaking it and having surgery...not the CP). When you're getting Botox for this type of reason, it's covered by insurance. I totally recommend it.

Glad to hear it, Katy! I hope you have continued relief from it! Cheryl in AZ Moderator
