Guest guest
Re: fusion I have to agree with Millie. I know four people then myself that have had fusion for different reasons and I would live with the pain I had before instead of now. It has been 11 years of looking into all kinds of help with none help. Do lots of research. Just remember if it's too good to be true then it must be. It took me over a year to know if the surgery had worked, that is normal with multi-level lumbar fusions. I can tell you to please, please do your research about this surgery! If I knew then, what I know now, I would have NEVER, EVER had the surgery! > The surgery made my pain 100 times worst. I am in intractable pain 24/7-365. I did my surgery with one of the best surgeons in the States, so it had nothing to do with the surgeon. > Fusions don't always take away the pain, so do your research! Go for several opinions and ask your Doctor's to show you instances were patients were doing better after multi-level fusions. > Think about this long and hard, I sure hope that I would have.
