I feel like the anti or . . . LOL Take a piece of notebook paper, divide it into 4 columns . . . in the first column write down the name of the exercise or diet program you tried or did lose weight with, in the second column write down your approximate starting weight, in the 3rd column write your ending weight after you went off the diet and regained plus rebound,in the 4th column write down your weight before you had weight loss surgery . . . The point is, All the diets you have ever been on contributed to the weight you ended up before your surgery . . . diets mess up metabolisms, send appetites soaring, and normal healthy people out of control. The surgery gives us chance to start over physiologically . . . if we start the diet, depravation, slow metabolism, and rebound weight gain cycle again after surgery we will eventually end up with the same results . . . As for dieting . . . be happy to discuss it, were all probably experts! The last thing I want for any of my friends is to see them get even heavier than the weight they are already unhappy with . . . there is no way around it, " you gotta get right with food " to be slim healthy . . . there is no magic diet or exercise program . . . somehow we need to thing of food as a biological necessity . . . and exercise as fun and enjoyable . . .nothing less or more Vicki
