You may not even have the desire for the diet coke or whatever it is you drink

now. I drank 2 20oz. cokes a day before surgery. Now I have no desire for

cokes. Cannot drink them at all.

Toni,

Congratulations on having the surgery! I was a major Diet Pepsiholic

before surgery. Luckily, i cut out the caffeine two weeks before surgery

so I wouldn't suffer the withdrawal while recovering from surgery.

I tried to drink a Diet Pepsi about three weeks out of surgery. I took one

sip and felt like someone had put a tire pump into my stomach and was

blowing it up to popping level. I felt like I was going to be like one of

those balloons that you let go and fly around the room....

Since then, I have sworn off any type of softdrinks. i don't miss them

now either. Good luck to you!

Amnestic features has to do with memory, I don't recall if its short term,

long term or both. He also has an enlarged ventricle in the brain so I

don't know if those two items are related.

You will get over it before getting pregnant and most likely not have it

again unless you need to have another d & c and it is not done

sensitively enough of course, Corinna
