There are hundreds of opportunities for you to contribute and make a real

difference, in the life of one person or in the lives of many. You just have to

reach out and do it!

All,

Cheryl is right, try to be involved. There is an old saying " You cannot be

depressed while you are helping others " . I assist in writing grants for animal

rescue groups and foster animals when I can. I can do this from my laptop. I

also do special education advocate, and medical representative for a family,

writing and getting the information needed to keep their programs going.

The group here is great and will always be here for you so know you have a place

to vent. Welcome, there are others here wearing your same shoes.

Disability has a Back to Work program and Goodwill has a great benefits for

their workers if you are ever opportunity for you to work.

Steve welcome. I just wanted to share a thought. Your dreams must and will

change as you progress in life. I was happily married at the age of 23.

Expecting my first child, just bought a house, life was good. The. In the blink

of an eye everything changed. My husband was killed 3 miles from home by a drunk

driver. I couldn't understand it. Everything I had planned changed. I did not

think I could go on.

But like I said I had to adapt my dreams to fit. You will find the strength to

do this. You will laugh and cry and look back and look forward.

It's tough I am sure. Hang on because you still long to give it means there are

people who need YOU as their dreams and circumstances change. Your life will not

be wasted. Give and take, I know you can do it.
