Guest guest
Hello Jade, Tylenol or acetaminophen is not a Non-Steroidol Anti-Inflammatory Drug [ not a NSAID like aspirin, ibuprofen, Motrin, Aleve, Advil ]. Tylenol is a pain and fever reliever , but not an anti-inflammatory. Acetaminophen can cause some liver problems because tough to breakdown and process. NSAIDS cause blood thinning and can damage the lining of the stomach, causing ulcers and sometimes bleeding ulcers. Both groups have their pluses and their minuses. It is tough to know what and how much to take, since we are all unique to some extent. If I get too much ibuprufen, Advil, I can notice a significant effect on my vision and must switch med for a while. I have many sources of pain, including fibromyalgia, acute Achilles tendinitis from levaquin prescribed for pneumonia in November. I have had a really tough time from the tendinitis and it is still with me in almost mid-July. My ears' ringing is sure sign of over-fatigue/over-stress/ and time to " cool it " . Take care ... donpat
