Hydrocodone have to take 2 instead of 1 sound familiar? > Vicki, I worry about the amount of tylenol you state you take because it is very toxic to your liver as another writer said. I would try to stay away from the tylenol and with the pinched nerve it is going to take a nerve type medication to assist . Ultracet has tylenol with it and you take tylenol with it you are taking a very toxic dose. It comes down to taking the right medication with the least side effects to get the maxium effect for pain. It takes time. A dose pack of solu-medrol was what helped me with the inflammatory process with my impinged nerve. I had to go through three months of severe pain to get that. Good luck getting the right dose for pain relief. Bennie
